This report** presents the Final Strategic Exploitation Plan of the PATTERN project (Horizon Europe Grant Agreement No. 101094416), delivered at M42 as the concluding instalment of the project's exploitation strategy, building on the First Strategic Exploitation Plan submitted at M13 (D5.4). PATTERN counts a total of 12 results to be included in the final Results Ownership List (ROL) across its 42-month lifetime: 8 thematic training courses covering transferable skills in Open and Responsible Research & Innovation (Open RRI), namely: Open Access FAIR Research Data Management Citizen Science Research Integrity Gender Non-discrimination and Inclusion Science Communication Dissemination and Exploitation of Research Results Mental Health and Leadership 2 digital platforms (OpenPlato and the Projects platform) A Trainers Directory A cumulative set of Policy Recommendations. All results are released under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International licence (CC BY 4.0), ensuring maximum accessibility, reusability and long-term availability. Five results are jointly owned, with joint ownership arrangements formalised through three dedicated instruments (a Joint Ownership Agreement (JOA), a Side Letter, and an E-Learning Courses Joint Ownership Agreement), each calibrated to the specific technical and legal characteristics of the result it governs. **This version of the document is still under approval of the EC.
