This paper presents a complete paradigm shift in fundamental physics by replacing the continuum spacetime background, continuous electric charges, and scalar energy fields with SRE Dynamics (Super-matrix Topologic Resonance & Evolutionary Dynamics). By mapping macro-physical phenomena directly onto a discrete graph network of infinite nodes, we derive the fundamental equations of electricity using first-order and n-th order matrix adjacencies. We establish four rigid physical anchors (kappaI, kappaR, kappaV, kappaP) tied directly to fundamental cosmic constants to map discrete topologic operations directly to empirical laboratory measurements (Amperes, Ohms, Volts, Watts). Furthermore, SRE Dynamics inherently unifies classical circuits with Special Relativity (E=mc²) by redefining mass as localized causal loops, maps macro-thermodynamic entropy onto the statistical decoherence of graph sub-structures, and mathematically formalizes alternating current (AC) resonance via Graph Laplacian spectral decomposition.
