This paper introduces state-dependent representation geometry as a conditional modelling framework in which representation geometry is regenerated from causal history and treated as an active computational variable. It organizes Function-Defined Radix Systems, the SafeGear modular gearbox, HyperMorphic Threshold Coding, and HyperMorphic SafeMemory under a shared formal structure. The manuscript reports narrow empirical witnesses on dpkg event-chain prediction, physical residual-regime modelling, and continual-memory mechanism isolation.
