This paper extends torsionful twistor transport from real electric Weyl sources to complex magnetic-Weyl source geometry. It shows that the complexified source kernel preserves the spinor-invariant structure but changes the source-free locus: real source-free circles generically collapse to finite complex source-free directions. The resulting affine displacement acquires phase-sensitive memory, giving a complex extension of the anisotropic source mechanism developed in the preceding paper.
