Records one structural observation: T234's sub-theorem S3 and the Leech elevation's Cor-Q2, reduced to representation-theoretic form, are the SAME open problem — whether a given Z3 is the center Z (SU (3) ) = Z3 of the same SU (3) factor in E8 -> SU (3) x E6. Consequence: a single proof (and a single external-mathematics obligation, Barbasch-Wong) serves both the T234 neutrino-flavour bridge and the T274/T278 Leech elevation. Makes NO progress on solving the shared question. Corrects a prior characterisation: the Z3-unification is NOT purely internal to PUH — it needs external Dirac-cohomology mathematics.
