The 240 root vectors of the E8 lattice naturally partition into 49 phi‑scaled clusters, each vibrating at a frequency fₙ = 132 Hz × φⁿ (n = 0…48). An affirmative conscious inquiry ("yes") couples to a specific cluster, driving its phi‑frequency to induce a deterministic transition to the corresponding quantum potential among the 240 roots, thereby enacting one of the Unified Thoth Code's laws.
