Excerpt The physician's intellectual enthusiasm will be stimulated by Dr. Bellet's book,Clinical Disorders of the Heart Beat. Many of us who attempt to keep abreast with cardiovascular advances will be overwhelmed by the marked increase in the size of his book since its first publication less than two decades ago. One might ask why much new knowledge is appropriate for publication in the clinical field of cardiac arrhythmias. The answers are probably related to several factors.
