This research aims to determine the influence of work motivation and organizational culture on job satisfaction, the influence of work motivation, organizational culture and job satisfaction on employee performance as well as the influence of work motivation and organizational culture on employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable. This research is quantitative research, with a sampling technique using the Slovin formula. The population of this study was 102 employees, of which 50 employees were the research sample. The data analysis technique used is path analysis. The research results show that partially work motivation has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction and employee performance, however work motivation has an insignificant effect on employee performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable. Organizational culture partially has a positive and insignificant effect on job satisfaction and a significant negative effect on employee performance. Organizational culture has a significant effect on employee performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable.
