This research investigates the influence of discount prices, product ratings, and COD (Cash on Delivery) services on purchasing decisions at Shopee Sidoarjo. Data was collected through a survey of 100 respondents and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results show that discount prices (significance 0.000), product ratings (significance 0.047), and COD services (significance 0.000) all have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. This means deep discounts, good product ratings, and the availability of COD services increase the likelihood of consumers making a purchase. This research provides insight for E-commerce companies into the importance of effective discount strategies, improved product quality, and convenient payment options to improve purchasing decisions and expand market share.
