Learner autonomy is an actual and significant problem of modern pedagogical knowledge, high level of activation of independent learning guarantees continuous development of cadets' cognitive thinking and learning activity, mastering and broadcasting of innovative pedagogical experience, improvement of education quality. The article considers the content of motivational, metacognitive, activity and reflexive components of cadets' learner autonomy. The general characteristic of clusters of competences in the composition of cadets' learner autonomy is presented, the fragment of competence profile of cadets' learner autonomy as a subject of learning activity are described.
