Using a new kind of web-based tutoring integrated expert system (web-IES), developed on the basis of a problem-oriented methodology and the intelligent software environment of the AT-TECHNOLOGY workbench, and operating under the control of the generalized ontology "Intelligent Systems and Technologies" (direction of training "Software Engineering") at the Department of Cybernetics of National Research Nuclear University MEPhI, the capabilities of the educational process automated support associated with the practical training of specialists in the field of designing dynamic intelligent systems are examined. The theoretical and methodological foundation of the instructional web-based IES is the proven and tested technology for dynamic IES prototype based on the integration of methods and means of presenting and processing temporal information with methods and means of simulation modeling. The basic components of the training web-based IES (trainer model, training model) are examined, and examples are given, with a particular focus on a new strategy for implementing the training impact of the "Training with ES/IES" type for identifying and sharing the skills of trainees to solve design problems related to the construction of dynamic intelligent systems.
