In career development, employees certainly need opportunities to be promoted to positions that are useful for improving career paths in the future. This study aims to determine the influence of talent management, knowledge management, and work performance on employee career development. This study used a quantitative approach and simple random sampling method, with data collection carried out through questionnaires distributed to employees from various divisions. The results of research data analysis show that talent management has a significant positive effect on employee career development, besides that knowledge management has also proven to have a significant positive effect on employee career development, and work performance has proven to have a significant effect on employee career development. From the results of this research, it has proven important for PT Kereta Api Indonesia Daop 8 Surabaya in an effort to improve the career development of qualified employees.
