We present experimental verification of the relationship α (λ) = -1/2 - λ, where λ is an information accessibility parameter measured via Out-of-Time-Order Correlator (OTOC) decay, and α is the coefficient of logarithmic corrections to entropy. This relationship interpolates between Loop Quantum Gravity (λ=0, α=-1/2) and holographic (λ=1, α=-3/2) predictions for black hole entropy corrections. Using IBM Quantum hardware (ibmfez, ibmₜorino), we verify this correspondence across 156+ experimental data points, 8 Hamiltonian families, and observe the complete LQG→Holographic transition (λ: 0. 04 → 0. 94) via circuit depth variation. The relationship holds with p < 10⁻¹⁵ statistical significance.
