Digital platforms have been increasingly adopted by small businesses globally to enhance operational efficiency and market reach. In Northern Nigeria, small farms face unique challenges in leveraging digital technologies for entrepreneurship support. Not applicable as this is a theoretical framework piece. Theoretical development will be based on existing literature reviews and conceptual models relevant to small business management in developing regions. The theoretical framework underscores the need for tailored support strategies and infrastructure development to maximise digital platform effectiveness in supporting Northern Nigerian small farms. Investment in digital literacy programmes and infrastructure is recommended to overcome technological barriers. Policy initiatives should also be developed to incentivize the use of digital platforms by small farmers.
