We introduce the Penetron conjecture: hypothetical particles traveling at v > c, following non-geodesic trajectories, capable of crossing black hole event horizons. This v4 integrates the Penetron with Thermal Conversion Gravity (TCG): Penetrons are identified as the product of the first-order phase transition at r = 2rₛ predicted by TCG. Their equation of motion is derived explicitly from the TCG action with coupling constant kappa fixed by Hawking consistency. The rigidity force fᵐu, previously an open problem, is now calculable from first principles. The Kerr extension yields an anisotropic Penetron flux from an oblate conversion surface.
