This work presents the SOSA (System Operating Writing Assistant) framework as a deterministic architecture for controlled output generation in Large Language Models. The system is composed of modular layers governing constraint definition, execution, validation, and delivery. A formal global model is introduced: SYSTEM = DELIVER(MVU(EXECUTE(INPUT, CE(SCL), STATE))) The framework enforces a fixed execution sequence: Position → Pre-Control → Generation → Validation → Delivery SOSA defines a closed and deterministic pipeline ensuring reproducibility, auditability, and structural compliance. Each module performs a single function within a non-overlapping architecture, transforming probabilistic generation into a controlled system.
