Updates Paper 16 following the correction of ρc in Paper 18 v2. 0. The correct definition ρc = 4B/ (ℏc) ³ = 7. 4 ρₙuc replaces the v1. 0 value 7. 0 ρₙuc. Impact: Mₘax shifts from 2. 357 to ~2. 33 Msun (J0952-0607 remains consistent at 0. 14 sigma) ; Lambda (1. 4 Msun) = LambdaGR is unchanged; the Lambda–Mmax decoupling prediction is unchanged. All qualitative conclusions of Paper 16 are confirmed. The unique falsifiable signature of CCEGA — tidal deformability consistent with GR for ordinary NS while Mₘax exceeds the GR limit — remains intact and testable by LIGO O5 and NICER.
