CCEGA Paper 25 v1.1: Erratum and Clarification — Power-Law Coupling as Theoretical Exploration vs. Exponential Framework

Updates Paper 16 following the correction of ρ_c in Paper 18 v2.0. The correct definition ρ_c = 4B/(ℏc)³ = 7.4 ρ_nuc replaces the v1.0 value 7.0 ρ_nuc. Impact: M_max shifts from 2.357 to ~2.33 Msun (J0952-0607 remains consistent at 0.14 sigma); Lambda(1.4 Msun) = Lambda_GR is unchanged; the Lambda–Mmax decoupling prediction is unchanged. All qualitative conclusions of Paper 16 are confirmed. The unique falsifiable signature of CCEGA — tidal deformability consistent with GR for ordinary NS while M_max exceeds the GR limit — remains intact and testable by LIGO O5 and NICER.
