Design specification (v2. 1) of the particle data structure for the central projection framework. v2. 1 revises v2. 0 by removing the δδt field from both Particle and Mesh structures, because (1) the step (p) update δt+=δδt violates time-reversal reversibility (W3 information conservation), (2) single-particle δt change implicitly breaks energy/momentum conservation, and (3) GR free-particle principle requires acceleration to come from interactions. Also corrects Mesh. Hₓyzᵢnphase to axis-specific modes (Hᵦ = Higgs, etc. ) per W11 v7. The Particle structure now has 4 fields (σ, V, δV, δt). All five operational principles (null transparency, in-place update, type integrity, INPUT/OUTPUT exchangeability, time-reversal reversibility) are rigorously verified.
