Physics 2. 0 — The One Particle Theory: gauge couplings, the Koide relation, and the fermion mass spectrum from a single-primitive vacuum and one energy anchor Physics 2. 0 is a finite-cutoff framework in which the only primitive object is a single particle, the fp. The realized universe is modeled as an equilibrium fp medium; true vacuum is the literal absence of fp (nfp = 0), and matter is organized trapped absence bordered by coherent fp transport. From one dimensionful anchor (the electroweak scale vEW) and a small set of forced dimensionless geometric constants (Kfp = sqrt (3/2), KB = 182/45), with no quantity tuned to its measured target, the framework derives the gauge couplings (alphaₛ (MZ), sin² (thetaW), alpha^-1 (MZ) ), a Higgs mass near 125. 10 GeV, the charged-lepton and proton-to-electron mass ratios, the Koide relation as an exact identity, and Newton's constant to sub-ppm — the third cumulant of the gravity readout being symmetry-forbidden rather than fitted. The full CKM matrix and CP phase follow from two independent geometric routes that agree to 0. 22 arcmin, giving the Jarlskog invariant at both route values (J = 3. 12e-5 and 3. 19e-5) as a cross-check rather than a single tuned number. Heavy-quark (mc, mb) and top (mₜ = 172. 748 GeV) masses are obtained as target-blind scheme-readout results, and the cosmological background (OmegaLambda = CIR/3 = 0. 6850) as a derived infrared boundary coefficient with supernova, BAO, and recombination arms. The framework stakes sharp, falsifiable forward predictions: a normal-ordered neutrino sector with Sigma mₙu ~ 0. 0727 eV (consistent with oscillation-folded cosmological bounds), a null neutral-holonomy branch fixing deltaCP = 0 and mbb ~ 11. 13 meV with explicit no-escape falsification conditions, and a parameter-free late-type galaxy rotation law y (z) = z K₁ (z) whose finite-envelope signature is predicted to appear in the anisotropic disk-quadrupole channel rather than in scalar weak lensing. Each headline result lands close-but-not-exact, the intended signature of a forced rather than a tuned value. This version (v3) supersedes v2: it integrates the heavy-quark, top, and cosmology sectors into the headline evidence, adds an active apparatus/readout theorem and an anchored-seam universality theorem, and consolidates the appendices into five themes. The manuscript states its open boundaries explicitly — the full CMB TTTEEE angular power spectrum and reionization, the higher-order heavy-light continuum, the unconditional all-regulator constructive-QFT proof, and external observational covariance and independent replication for the galaxy predictions — and is accompanied by a reproducibility script that regenerates every headline number from the stated constants.
