Information Conservation in the One-Octonion Brane-Bulk Framework: A Resolution of the Black Hole Information Paradox

Vopson (AIP Adv. 12, 035311, 2022) proposed an experimental protocol for testing the mass- energy-information equivalence principle through e+e−annihilation, predicting two additional ∼50 µm infrared photons at T = 300 K alongside the standard two 511 keV gammas, as evidence that elementary particles carry I = 1.509 bits of intrinsic information with thermal mass mbit = kBT ln(2)/c2. We evaluate this proposal on the One-Octonion Brane-Bulk Framework. The framework agrees that information has physical reality, but locates it in the G2-orbit assignment of the brane standing wave rather than in a thermal mass: the natural framework count is I = log2(3) = 1.585 bits per particle (Fano-line position), 5% above Vopson's value, with no thermal scaling. The framework's brane-bulk virtual tunneling fraction fbulk = 0.036917 is a phase shift, not energy leakage (Omnibus warning W1), so the information conservation channel in e+e−annihilation is the phase correlation between the two gammas, not separate IR quanta. We make three predictions for Vopson's experiment: (P-CCXXXVII.1) null IR result; (P-CCXXXVII.2) phase correlation between the 511 keV gammas at the fbulk = 3.69% level; (P- CCXXXVII.3) temperature independence of any residual signal. We then trace the framework's resolution of the black hole information paradox. The framework has no singularities — black holes are focal zones with K = −1 bulk and characteristic frequency f = c3/(2πGMBH), distinguishable from the standard Schwarzschild ℓ= m = 2 quasinormal mode by a factor of 1/0.3737 = 2.676 — and information is preserved through four channels: brane standing-wave configuration, bulk excursion via the photon-rider rule (Paper CCXXXVI), topological brane memory, and cosmological recycling at Tsumpglobal = 72.65 Gyr. We predict (P-CCXXXVII.4) Hawking radiation deviates from pure thermality at the fbulk = 3.69% level in phase correlations; (P-CCXXXVII.5) OAM information in the M87 EHT signal survives propagation through the strong-gravity region via the photon-rider channel; (P-CCXXXVII.6) statistical correlations between CMB anomalies and BH distributions trace previous-cycle information re-emergence on the Tsump timescale. The Gueroult et al. (2025) image-rotation experiment is reinterpreted as the laboratory-scale demonstration of the same photon-rider mechanism that operates around astrophysical black holes.
