This report presents findings from a skills audit survey conducted with Human Resource officials and expert informants across South Africa's infrastructure and frontline service delivery departments. Commissioned in response to the 2023 State of the Nation Address, the study assessed existing and required critical skills while determining training needs to address identified gaps.
