This paper establishes a monistic cosmic framework based on modular quantum flag manifold algebra and Tomita–Takesaki theory. Geometry is merely phenomenal projection of the unique algebraic ontology, with micro-particles and cosmic bodies being UV-IR dual images of one single entity. The kaleidoscope effect explains all diversified appearances arising from cross-scale modular flow shifts and uneven local scale gradients. Spatial motion is equivalent to particle movement within black hole UV domains; matter and antimatter are mirror branches of the UV-IR involution ring. Universal synchronous scale contraction creates the illusion of cosmic expansion, and finite algebraic freedom guarantees cyclic configuration recurrence. This framework naturally recovers Einstein–Hilbert gravity and the Standard Model, offering stratified testable predictions. Epistemological discussion shows that erasing all scale disparities eliminates all observable forms, leaving only pure underlying algebraic logic without phenomenal manifestations.
