This work presents Version 4 of the Universe Force & Mirror Universe Unified Theory, formulated as a scalar–tensor braneworld cosmological framework consisting of a visible Positive Brane and a hidden Mirror Brane connected through a dynamical radion field. Building upon previous background-level cosmological models, Version 4 extends the theoretical architecture toward a covariant perturbation framework suitable for future Einstein–Boltzmann implementation. The model originates from a five-dimensional braneworld geometry in which the radion field parameterizes the separation between two branes embedded within a higher-dimensional bulk. Through dimensional reduction, the theory yields an effective four-dimensional Einstein-frame scalar–tensor cosmology. A transient Early Dark Energy component is proposed to emerge through a Kaluza–Klein resonance mechanism associated with radion evolution in the extra dimension. This manuscript develops: • A five-dimensional braneworld action • Dimensional reduction to an effective four-dimensional theory • Einstein–radion field equations • FLRW background cosmology • A proposed Kaluza–Klein resonance mechanism • Covariant radion perturbation theory • Effective gravity modifications • Structure formation framework • Einstein–Boltzmann implementation roadmap The present work should be regarded as a theoretical framework and proof-of-concept cosmological model. Full observational validation through Cosmic Microwave Background analyses, Baryon Acoustic Oscillation measurements, weak-lensing constraints, and large-scale structure studies remains future work.
