This study examines how digital technology enhances efficiency in public service delivery. Using a literature review approach, it analyzes legal and academic sources on digital transformation and e-government. The findings show that technology accelerates administrative processes, reduces costs, and broadens service access through online platforms. It also boosts transparency and accountability by reducing bureaucracy and corruption risks. However, success relies on more than infrastructure—human resource skills and supportive regulations are equally vital. Challenges such as the digital divide and resistance to change must be addressed. Overall, the study highlights the importance of integrating technology, people, and policy to drive effective digital public services.
