This paper serves as a synthesis of the Thought OS Series Phase One, comprising Preprints 2025-21 through 2025-25. It reconstructs the entire framework of the Thought Operating System (Thought OS), a model of philosophy as a functioning structure of intelligence. Thought OS is defined as a system that begins with a Fundamental Question (FQ), processes and restructures meaning through Structural Intelligence (SQ) and Mindflight Cognition, and continuously updates itself through cyclical and dynamic evolution. This summary reinterprets the five core modules—initiation, circulation, cognitive leap, structural pressure, and system overview—as components of an integrated OS architecture. It concludes that thought is not merely textual, but a structurally driven, self-evolving form of active intelligence. This work also lays the foundation for Phase Two, focusing on implementation, education, and dialogical application.
