Abstract: Introduction: Work-life balance is a challenging and tremendous task, between managing work and family conflicts. Conflict arises based on the expected behavior of the employees. Purpose of the study: The purpose of this study is to measure work-life balance through work-family conflict and family-work conflict. Also, this article aims to determine the differences between work and family among the participants and how to establish a balance between work and life. Research Methodology: The sample size was 100 and the data was collected from the respondents working in rural towns and selected districts of Tamil Nadu. Data was analyzed using SPSS to assess data reliability, validity, loadings, coefficients and model fit. Data analysis: Employees should spend more time with their families and friends to reduce stress and conflict. Employees know that family members and coworkers are important in managing work life. Understanding work-related information and sharing it with your spouse can reduce family conflict. These studies will help policymakers, employers, and employees support workers in managing family and work conflicts. Conclusion: The study concludes that work-life balance is important in the current stressful environment. It is important to find a balance between work and personal life.
