This paper analyses modern practices of civil engineering construction technology innovation with focus on efficiency, sustainability, and safety. This study evaluates the technology adoption and impact of Building Information Modelling (BIM), advanced materials, automation and robotics, and sustainable construction through literature review and a framework based on case study analysis of recent projects. The results illustrate the effectiveness of these innovations on project delivery, environmental impact, and labour issues. The study emphasizes the lack of research on the synergistic development and integration of these modern construction technologies and their optimization for heightened utilization.
