In order to build a culture that improves psychological safety, work happiness, and employee engagement, this article investigates how several leadership styles—including transformational, servant, and genuine leadership—contribute. The paper sheds light on the ways in which leadership fosters stress-free, open-dialogue, growth-and-creativity-promoting workplaces by reviewing pertinent literature and empirical research. In addition, the study highlights how leadership strategies that prioritize inclusivity, adaptation, and emotional intelligence can help diverse and dynamic companies maintain a good work culture psychologically.
