The theses present the key challenges and directions for the development of Ukrainian diplomacy in the context of the full-scale Russian-Ukrainian war. The role of international organizations, in particular the UN, in responding to Russia’s aggression, providing assistance, and attempting to bring Russia to justice for war crimes is considered. Particular attention is paid to Ukraine’s diplomatic efforts to mobilize international support, adopt resolutions in defense of its territorial integrity and establish a special international tribunal. This underscores the importance of a consistent foreign policy of Ukraine aimed at promoting international law, protecting human rights and ensuring a just peace. The author concludes that it is necessary to further strengthen diplomatic coalitions and actively promote Ukrainian initiatives at the global level as a guarantee of the effectiveness of the international security system.
