The presented theses explore the current cooperation between the Constitutional Court of Ukraine and the legislator in improving the legal mechanisms regulating court fee matters. Problematic cases related to the payment of court fees when filing cassation appeals in civil cases are outlined. Upcoming legislative changes in this area are described. The issue of court fee payment for filing appeals and cassation complaints regarding the challenge of rulings issued as a result of complaints against decisions, actions, or inaction of state bailiffs or other officials of the State Enforcement Service, or private bailiffs during the enforcement of court decisions, is examined. In addition, unresolved issues are highlighted, and the author's own proposals on the matter are presented.
