Human conflicts are inevitable and therefore an integral part of life, being the result of daily communication between individuals in their everyday effort for team work and decision making on various issues. The aim of the present study was to investigate the contributing factors of conflicts among teachers of the Primary Education of Kavala prefecture. Data collection was conducted through a structured questionnaire, answered by 120 teachers in February 2020. The distribution of classes has proved to be the underlying cause of the conflict. What seemed to be the most common reasons for the personal conflict were the circulation of remarks as well as the character and personality of colleagues; crucial factors in teacher’s communication.
