Folklore is a form of advice passed down through generations by ancestors. The delivery of folklore has a positive impact on the moral education of society. This study was conducted to identify and analyze the The role of folklore in teaching human rights and social justice as inherited wisdom. The study focuses on several folklore in Rantau Panjang district, Kelantan, such as Asal Usul Mek Pik, Tok Bidan Mek Pik, Mek Pik dan Buaya Putih, Timbulnya Buaya Putih and Amukan Buaya Putih. The Malay folklore was gathered through interviews with Mr. Hassan in Rantau Panjang district, Kelantan. Mr. Hassan was chosen due to his extensive knowledge of local history and his ability to effectively narrate folklore. This study employs a qualitative design, incorporating literature review, fieldwork, and surveys. Additionally, 95 students at University Malaysia Kelantan enrolled in the subject Traditional Art Design were selected as respondents. The researcher used the quizizz platform as an alternative to assess the understanding of University Malaysia Kelantan students regarding the delivery in Malay folklore. This study applies the Teori Pengkaedahan Melayu through a Pendekatan Dakwah. The findings reveal that the thoughts of Malay folklore storytellers, as conveyed through the narration of Malay folklore, can effectively teach younger generations about Malay culture and the values of integrity within Malay society.
