School head initiatives and support for teachers with shared school assignments focus on fostering collaboration, promoting professional development, and ensuring effective communication. Using a case study approach, interviews with teachers, school heads, and parents revealed key challenges and strategies related to managing dual school responsibilities. Teachers reported increased stress due to heavier workloads, preparing materials for two schools, and managing conflicting schedules. Despite this, they showed resilience through task prioritization, positive mindset, and professional growth efforts. However, many felt underrecognized and inadequately supported. School initiatives such as technical assistance, flexible scheduling, and access to materials were helpful, yet teachers called for more support in time management. Parents acknowledged these challenges and suggested assigning teachers to only one school to enhance both teaching and learning. The study proposes a support framework focusing on workload management, professional development, and emotional well-being to improve teacher performance and satisfaction. Future research may examine the long-term effects of reduced workloads on teacher retention and student outcomes.
