On the Issue of Problems of Legal Training and Formation of Legal Awareness of Technical University Student

This article attempts to identify and comprehend some theoretical and practical issues related to the tasks of legal training of students of higher educational institutions of a technical orientation. In modern times, this problem seems to be extremely urgent, requiring joint efforts of representatives of both the practical field of activity and educational. It acquires special importance due to the fact that Russia is designated as a legal and social state under the 1993 Constitution. The construction of a legal state is impossible without due attention to the problems and tasks of jurisprudence. It seems that attention to legal training, to the formation of legal awareness should increase.
