The development of globalization and increasingly fierce business competition require companies to maintain and improve their performance, both institutionally and at the employee level. This study aims to analyze the application of Good Corporate Governance principles in improving employee performance at PT. Hasjrat Abadi Manado. The method used is descriptive qualitative through interviews and documentation. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of GCG principles transparency, accountability, responsibility, independence, and fairness has not been fully implemented effectively and has not improved employee performance in accordance with Ministry of State-Owned Enterprises Regulation No. PER-02/MBU/03/2023. The lack of information availability under the principle of transparency, the dominance and influence under the principle of independence, and the unfairness in employee compensation and opportunities indicate the need for improvements in these GCG principles.
