This study integrates neuroscientific and psychological perspectives to explore the complex and dynamic interactions between the subconscious mind and emotions within a neuroscientific framework. Through multiple methods and theoretical additions of subconscious and emotion detection, the triggering and influence of subconscious instincts, impulses, and memories on emotions are analyzed and discussed. The subconscious mind, as a mental activity below the level of consciousness, influences emotions under the control of brain mechanisms, shares the core neural structure of the brain with emotions, and influences human thoughts and behaviors through neuroplasticity and neurotransmitter systems. In this paper, in the study of the association between subconscious, emotions and neuroscience, the present study is able to understand the subconscious emotions more deeply, provide a new way for the diagnosis and intervention of affective disorders, and make some help for the related research in this area. In the future, it is still necessary to break through the limitations in the aspects of ethical boundaries and construction directions.
