Control is an attribute of social power, including state power. Prosecution is a type of state power. Where there is prosecutorial power, there must be control. In this article, the author analyzes the necessity and manifestations of the content, form, and characteristics of controlling prosecutorial power in the spirit of the current Vietnamese Constitution.
