This paper focuses on the research on the co-construction and sharing mechanism of lifelong learning resources under the background of digital transformation of vocational education. Firstly, the overall framework of the mechanism is expounded, and the objectives and principles, the responsibilities of the participants and the operation process are defined. In terms of resource co-construction, establish overall planning, cooperative development and quality assurance mechanisms; In terms of resource sharing, we should promote the construction of sharing platform, formulate rules, standards and service mechanisms, and set up incentive and restraint and evaluation and supervision mechanisms. Safeguard measures include policy support and legal guarantee, technical support and platform construction, capital investment and funding guarantee, personnel training and ability improvement. It is concluded that a relatively perfect co-construction and sharing mechanism has been established, and all mechanisms cooperate with each other to promote the efficient circulation and utilization of resources, and the importance of cooperative cooperation and protection of policies and regulations is emphasized. However, there are some limitations in the research, such as insufficient empirical methods, the adaptability of practical application to be verified, and the lack of in-depth research on the application of emerging technologies. Future research can strengthen empirical research, explore different application modes, deepen the application of emerging technologies and carry out international exchanges and cooperation, so as to further improve the co-construction and sharing mechanism of lifelong learning resources and help the digital transformation of vocational education and the construction of lifelong learning system.
