In September–October 2019 and March 2021, salvage excavations were conducted on the corner of Ido Ha-Navi and H el Ha-Handasa Street in Jerusalem (Permit Nos. A-8601, A-9005; map ref. 221579–610/632404–62; Fig. 1), prior to the construction of a kindergarten. The excavations, on behalf of the Israel Antiquities Authority and funded by Emor El Ha-Cohanim association, were directed by R. Avner, with the assistance of N. Nehama (administration), S. Halevi and O. Bejarano (photography and photogrammetry), A. Zakaim (plans), S. Terem (pottery), I. Lidsky-Reznikov (pottery drawing), L. Sandberg (numismatics; Appendix 1), L.
