The study proposed and tested a research model that examined the moderating effect of entrepreneurial leadership in the nexus between work-family enrichment and innovative work behavior using a 3-week time-lagged data gathered from employees of small and medium-sized hotels in Ghana. The findings, based on the hierarchical component analysis within partial least squares structural equation modeling revealed that work-family enrichment and entrepreneurial leadership are positively and significantly related to innovative work behavior. Further, entrepreneurial leadership significantly moderated the relationship between work-family enrichment and innovative work behavior. The aforementioned significant findings and their corresponding implications are thoroughly discussed.
