Introduction: This article reflects on training, a key element in the construction of an actor's work, which over time has become individualized and has taken on a personal character. The objective is to deepen knowledge about this type of training and offer a differentiated view of its role. Methodology: A qualitative and exploratory methodology was used to examine the impact of training on the actor's formation. Results: The study reveals that training practice contributes to the professional and personal growth of the actor, standing out as an essential element in his/her trajectory. Discussion: Training allows the actor to develop a unique and authentic identity, which reinforces its importance not only for acting technique, but also for individual development. Conclusions: Regular training practice provides the actor with significant growth, both professionally and personally, standing out as an indispensable tool in the construction of his/her artistic work.
