Sports play an important role in the development of personal qualities. In sports activities, a system of the foundations of actions is formed, in which the character and individual characteristics of a person, his will, are manifested. Football is the most popular sport in the world, but significant resources are needed to maintain its popularity and pass on the game's core values to the next generation. In the process of sports training, football players develop skills and abilities. The stage of initial training turns out to be one of the most important, since it is at this stage that the foundation is laid for the further development of sportsmanship, particularly in football. This is achieved by repeatedly repeating the exercises, which also affect the activity of all organs and systems. Sports training is the targeted use of the entire set of factors (means, methods, conditions) that ensure a football player's readiness for sports competitions. The purpose of the methodology is to improve technical techniques, individual, group and team tactical actions, development of physical, moral and willpower qualities. The formation and improvement of skills and abilities occurs thanks to the systematic performance of physical exercises. They are diverse, and their selection is determined by the tasks that are solved in the process of training and training. 36 athletes aged 7-9 took part in the experiment (18 - control group, 18 - experimental group), who were assigned to the main medical group based on their health status. After analyzing the implemented technique supported by positive digital dynamics, we come to the conclusion that the technique has the right to exist.
