This article deals with current practical and legal issues that arise in the arbitration process in the designated category of case. The author also analyzed materials from judicial practice, based on which it is possible to draw a conclusion about the amount of payment for violation of the right to reasonable legal proceedings/execution of a judicial act. When considering the issue of execution of a judicial act, problems may also arise, sometimes beyond the control of the bailiff service, which thereby complicates the collection process as a whole.
