In the last few years, Artificial Intelligence (AI) has gained immense popularity for one of its abilities, namely to create images from textual prompt. This has sparked an extremely wide controversy among visual artists and their analysts, as well as the entire community. One of the most important and distinctive questions is, what is the ethical boundary that can be set in the use of this technology and what is the way it can be used in different forms of visual art? The paper discusses several different aspects of using artificial intelligence for creation of images. Thay can be categorized as positive in certain situations and negative in others.
