Rice needs to undergo basic processing such as cleaning, removing stones, and hulling before it can become edible rice. This article takes the control of the rice husking processing section as the research object, and designs an electrical control system for rice husking processing based on Siemens S7-1200 PLC and TIA Portal 18 software. On the basis of completing the hardware wiring design of the system, the processing program was optimized and designed, such as high and low material level fault alarms. By utilizing the flexibility of TIA Portal 18 software and the simulation function of the touch screen, it is possible to achieve the coexistence of automatic and manual control in the production process. The remote observation of human-machine communication interface can greatly reduce management efficiency costs, improve the efficiency and energy-saving of the entire system.
