Knowing the victimological aspects of sexual crimes, namely the social and psycho-behavioral patterns, is indispensable for the efficient organization of anti-crime activity on the preventive level, especially if we refer to the victimological prevention of these crimes. But such knowledge cannot be reached by abstracting from the study of concrete victimization cases. Such studies, very popular in the Western world, cannot be applied in Romania and the Republic of Moldova because significant cultural variations intervene, which also make differences that cannot be reconciled. In these conditions, the necessity to analyze concrete situations of victimization is emerging in order to obtain suitable theoretical generalizations that we can later make available to the law enforcement bodies in order to ensure a more efficient organization, through diversified methods of the activity of criminological securization of citizens, which involves combating and prevention. For these reasons, we proceeded to an investigative approach in order to identify some victimological aspects of sexual crimes, namely by analyzing specific cases, and elaborating certain ameliorative-preventive recommendations in relation to them.
