Product design is a dynamic and interdisciplinary activity that often requires the use of solution analysis tools, supported by various innovation methods and frameworks. The Theory of Inventive Problem Solving (TRIZ), recognized as a highly effective innovation approach, has demonstrated its effectiveness in fostering innovation through extensive research. Within this framework, we have investigated its integration into the product design process for engineering students. This article introduces a TRIZ-based solution developed by a team of engineering students for a wastewater filtration system.
