The features of metamaterials are determined by the material's structural order, which allows them to be used in many different fields such as optical sensors, light detection, photon trapping, invisibility cloaking, MRI, and photovoltaic cells. This work presents a metamaterial-based ultrathin absorber composed of three layers of substances (tungsten, epoxy resin, and tungsten) designed for absorbing visible solar radiation using Finite Integration Technique. The absorber exhibits an absorbance in the vicinity of unity across a wavelength range of 380-780nm. In addition to a maximal absorption of 99. 996% at 490. 62nm, the proposed design demonstrates an average absorption of 95. 24% at the respective wavelengths. The designed absorber has been analyzed in terms of its structural dimensions and design, using a parametric approach. The design is also examined at incident angles up to 70° in both transverse electric and transverse magnetic modes to determine its suitability for use in a practical solar energy harvesting environment. In addition, numerical values of short circuit current density (Jₒ₂), open-circuit voltage (V₎₂), fill factor (FF), and efficiency () are investigated concerning solar cell implementations.
