Assessment of the level Job competencies of directors of student activities departments in Iraqi universities from the point of view of their sports staff

The aim of the research is to prepare a questionnaire about job competencies with its dimensions (leadership, behavioral, professional) for the directors of student activities departments in Iraqi universities from the point of view of their sports staff. By survey method, the research sample consisted of (524) members distributed over (16) universities.To achieve the objectives of the research, it required preparing a questionnaire of job competencies with its dimensions and verifying its validity and stability, and in statistical data processing, percentage, arithmetic mean, simple correlation coefficient (Pearson), Spearman-Brown equation, Alpha Cronbach equation were used.
